Loan services are provided to students, faculty members, and administrators affiliated with the University, as permitted for external users in some cases using the library for internal review only. All books and documents are loaned outside the library except for reference books, periodicals, and Thesis.
The number of books allowed for loan and duration of loan
The number of books allowed to be loaned and the duration of loan are as follows:

Renewal of books and delay fines
The loan period of borrowed books may be renewed by coming to the library with the books and present the University ID, or through the library's website or by using the self-check RFID System at the library entrance.
Fines
- A delay fine of (100 Fils) or its equivalent per day shall apply for exceeding the duration of the loan for the books available for external borrowing.
- A delay fine of (100 Fils) or its equivalent per hour for the books available for internal booking.
